Premire pro-I cant drag my video into my sequence

So I was editing my video, I had my outro done and I was about to do my intro for my vid and when I tried to drag it over into the sequence it wouldn't drag, yes I have the "V1" and "A1" highlighted but for some reason it wouldn't drag!! pls help.

Ok so I was messing around and If i previewed it i could drag over just the audio or just the video with the button it gives you to do that, other than that it wouldn't drag over the video with the audio from the project menu directly. Then I tried to move a title from the project menu and that worked! so can you guys help me with dragging video clips from the project menu to the sequence?
