Im having a bit of an odd issue, i have two of the same video track in the sequence at different sizes as i chop between scenes throughout the video. but its started jumping large when i hit play then jumps back when i stop. but if i lower preview quality it doesnt happen. any help would be apreciated ive attached a video.

Can you use the free MediaInfo App and send the video information from there? This doesn't tell me much about the encoding. The framerate is a bit unusual. Is that the working framerate? That could be part of the issue.

Video format:
Workflow details: Tell us any specific info about the project or sequence. For example, is it a multicam sequence?
Steps to reproduce - I drop the video into the separate tracks then scale them to the size needed and re position them
Expected result - that they stay the same size when I hit play
Actual result - it enlarges for some reason but only seems to happen on full quality preview (it renders as it should)
