Problem using GoPro FX Reframe on Premiere CC 2020

New Here ,

Hey everyone,

We are using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 at our facilities and wanted to try out filming some stuff in 360, we are trying to integrate GoPro FX Reframe into the workflow and everything seems to be working fine until we close out the project and try to open it again.

We have the same issue on both computer (MAC OS), once the project is closed if you open it again the plugin is no longer working and the only workaround we found was to create a new one...

The same error message appears on both computers : "A low level exception occured in : GoPro FX Reframe (AEVideoFilter:11)"

Does anyone know a fix for this?

Same problem here,
And we are stuck on delivery for a project over here,

We are currently using
https://fxfactory.com/info/revolve360/

https://borisfx.com/documentation/continuum/bcc-vr-reorient/

Non of them can produce motion blur nor is easy to animate !

Question for you: are you able to get Motion Blur beween animated keyframes on Mac OSX inside Premiere Pro cc2020.
We are able to get Neat motion blur inside After Effects but not Premiere Pro !

We honestly haven't dived in it enough to try out motion blur for now, we were just testing the soft and have quickly found those issues.

One thing i've noticed though is that it seems indeed to be working perfectly fine in AE so i'm not surprised the motion blur issues only occur in PR.

Hey everyone! I found the solution! Well atleast that worked for me. You will need to remove the old GoPro VR plugin from both Premiere Pro and After Effects. Which is located in the Application/Adobe Premiere Pro | Adobe After Effects/Plugin/ then delete the GoPro folder. Pretty simple actually. After reopen Premiere and it will work as normal.

Thanks for the answer.

I tried this already and it indeed fixed the issue... for a time !

I have no idea why but after finding this fix i opened up a project the day after and the problem was back.
