Problem with cross dissolve transition in exported video / Premiere Pro 2019

Good evening.

I am requesting help for a peculiar problem:

In a video edited in Premiere Pro 2019, I use multiple cross dissolve transitions. They all work within the program. After rendering and exporting the video however, I realized, that the cross dissolve transitions in the credits are not displayed correctly: The credits comprise of three frames (white text in front of black background). At the intersection of two frames, the text of the first frame does not gradually disappear while the text of the second frame gradually appears. Instead, the text of the second frame abruptly appears (being displayed together with the text of the first frame for a while), until the text of the first frame abruptly disappears. So the text does not dissolve but jump in/out.

The cross dissolve transitions between the shots in the video itself are displayed correctly.

Can anybody help me with this problem? It would be great.

Stay healthy.

Yours

Thomas

Unfortunately no change after switching off hardware acceleration.

When I check the box 'corresponds sequence settings' in the upper part of
the export settings window the transitions are displayed correctly.
However, by checking this box, I cannot select the desired format (H.264).

So the issue is still there.

Do you have a mask applied to any of these layers? If so this is a bug. Solution - use opacity levels and two keyframes instead of  a dissolve to go from 0-100% opacity on the text layers.

... and if you don't have a mask applied the solution above may work anyway.

When cross dissolve goes wild, it is best to use opacity keyframes.

Thanks for the advice, everybody.

I did not use masks in the video.

I finally decided to replace the cross dissolve transitions by film
transitions. They work. So I do have a different solution now.
