Problem With Fullscreen Playback

New Here ,
Sep 26, 2019 Sep 26, 2019

Hey everyone,

In need of a little help here. Attached is an image of an issue i'm having with full screen playback (ctrl+`) Premiere Problem.jpg

A few things that may help this trouble shoot....:

Windows 10

Premiere up to date (issue present in previous versions)

Using multiple monitors, one is 4k and one is 1080p (this is where the problem lies I think.)

Issue is on the 4K monitor

Sequence is 1080

The 'full screen' preview looks like a 1080 frame in a 4K window.

Any suggestions? It's rather annoying

Thanks,

James

What's the scaling set in the OS for the 4k monitor?

Premiere seems to need 100%, 150%, or 200% on most monitors. Anything else and it gets cranky. And sometimes only 100% or 150% work.

And if the 4k is set for 100% does it fix this?

I'd even try 150% also. Because Premiere is clearly still not perfect in handling monitor scaling.
