Hello, so I've got a problem with rendering in media encoder lately. Some of my videos render without a problem. Unfortunately most of them don't render. When I press the start render button in Media Encoder, the video won't render at all. I reinstalled both Premiere Pro 2020 and Media Encoder 2020 but nothing changed. I also downloaded a previous version of the Encoder but it won't work either. I have to render the videos that won't work with Premiere Pro but this takes way more time. Another problem I encountered is, that I've got enormous performance issues while editing. The preview in premiere lags really bad in some cases, even thought the videos I edit are mostly similiar with similiar effects. Some videos don't lag at all. But others are almost uneditable because of the lag. The footage I use lay on an extern hard disk, but moving them didn't help as well. I attached some images that might help.
