Problem With text

Hi, I am working on a project that is very text heavy so I am using the native graphics, but it looks all blocky during editing and after rendering. When it's a still frame it looks fine, but when I play the clip it looks non rendered and messed up. The still images I'm using are also suffering from this issue. Anybody got an idea?

You are editing in a very small format 480x360. When you place your type in that small sequence and render or export, the type is rasterized at the very small size. If you enlarge it to view it, you will see all the artifact of having such a small pixel dimension sequence.

To see this impact quickly, switch the program monitor zoom level (the drop down menu next to the timecode at the lower left corner of the program monitor) between Fit and 100%.  The view at 100% is the actual size of the image

Was it your intention to create a sequence at this frame size?

Check the playback resolution by the wrench (settings) in the source and program monitors and see if they're set to full.
