problem with the tutorial video

Hey, everybody. I'm new here and would like to ask for advice right away. After installing adobe premiere, I downloaded the tutorial videos, but they are incredibly stuck when playing. Rendering and desktop videos for editing work fine, I only have a problem with tutorial videos. Does anyone know what is wrong? Thank you all for advice.

Hi, I reinstalled the app and suddenly the problem is over. I don't know what the problem was, but it's fine now. I'm still going to test it for a while, but it seems fine. Anyway, thanks a lot for the advice and help 🙂

If you click the hamburger in the learn panel and select undock panel does that help your issue?

Are you saying the video doesn't play at all?

Hi @josef_2277 -  Currently our latest LTS version of Premiere Pro is 24.6.4.  Can you download this version and let us know if you are still having issues.

I apologize for my vocabulary, I'm not very proficient in English. I don't know how I can upload a video from my cell phone. But the thing is, the video is lagging. The problem only occurs with the video tutorial on the left side in the top corner of the workspace.

My version of premiere is 24.6.1 trial, windows 11.
