Program monitor objects cannot be moved with cursor after I sleep/wake Computer
So, I've been having this issue ever since I started using Premiere Pro back in 2020, but I just crossed my mind now.
I'm working on a Premiere Pro project on my MacBook. I add pictures, shapes, sounds into the timeline and it shows on the Program Monitor (the visual area that mimics what's on the timeline. There are time instead of having to move or scale items on the Effects Control, I use my cursor to click, move, and shrink items on the program monitor. Then, I take a break and close the lid or put my MacBook to sleep. I come back in about 10 minutes, log back into my MacBook and now I cannot use my cursor to select anything on the program monitor; I have to use the Effects Control to move, scale, rotate, etc.
I did notice if I select an item on the Program Monitor before putting my computer to sleep, then wake it up again, this keeps the Premiere Pro to allow me to keep moving items. If not, I have to close Premiere Pro and open it again in order for me to move, scale, and rotate items on the Program Monitor without using the Effects Control. I know this is very nit-picky but I wanted to know if anyone else has experience this, Mac and Windows users. I wonder if it's a bug with the Premiere Pro.
Any help would great.
