I am using the latest version of premiere pro. I cannot watch the video played in the Program Monitor and Source Monitor. It works when I make a full screen video or connect it to an external monitor and put it there. I tried most of the things written but could not solve it.
My hardware specifications are rtx4060 graphics card
16gb Ram
i7 13700K
Thank you very much in advance

Can you be more specific about which version you are using and what is happening? Are you using any adjustment layers?
Sorry for the frustration and thanks for reaching out.

Nope, I'm using a windows laptop with the same GPU RTX4060 with i5 14450HX, I tried to install old nvidia software "Geforce Experience" but somehow failed and i have to install the newest one "Nvidia APP". I reinstall the driver in that app, but nothing happened.
I tried these methods. none of them are working.
- Reset app preferences
- Reset workspace layout
- Change the playback into software only.
- Uninstall and reinstall premiere pro.

Make sure you have the most current Nvidia studio driver installed.
You don't need the Experience, install the driver manually and do a clean installation.

Solved! You can try to update the Intel graphics according to your system. I fixed it that way. Thank you everyone.
