Progress Dashboard and relinking media with Network drive

Hello,

My main media drive is my Network drive off my Qnap. The drive is mapped with a letter and the projects open fine.  Windows 11.
The only issue is: everytime I open a project, the progress dashboard bar shows Premiere ALWAYS relinking media which can be slow. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, it's really slow, especially with big projects. All files are local on my side and some projects take up to 10 minutes "Relinking". Premiere Pro is unusable during this period... Hope PPro team can do something to fix this.

My issue is with network drives via a NAS. The same project - no matter the size - on a non-network drive (internal or external) loads the files much quicker, or there's no loading necessary.
