My premiere pro keeps resetting the default export location within my project to the "my documents" folder. Is there a way to change the behavior of export path to be consistently the last path exported from that unique project?
So my issue:
1. Edit video and click "export"
2. Click filepath to reset where I want to send my export
3. Export
4. Make edits
5. See #1 and #2
My question is can Premiere behave in a method where I can skip step 2 after I have initially exported to my desired location as it will remember where I sent the first export?
I want to say this is how Premiere used to behave? I think it changed recently and I've just been dealing with it, but I think at least giving the option would really help me and maybe others too.
I'm on 2023 Macbook pro OS 15.6.1
Premiere 25.4.1 (build 3)
Thanks!

Try resetting the preferences:

I found out that this is the way premiere does behave, but you have to reset the path for each individual sequence.
