Project Manager "unknown error"

Participant ,
Feb 04, 2024 Feb 04, 2024

Dear all,

I have encountered the "unknown error" with the project manager when I package my premier pro files for backups.

I've searched online; obviously, it's not a new issue. I've tried to uncheck the preview button, clean the cache, delete all the special characters in the files, copy the file to another folder, etc. Still, nothing is working for me to package the file.

Does anyone know if there are other solutions that I could have tried? Or if Adobe could have solved this issue?

Thank you.

Karen

I'm having the same issues and it seems that this problem has been around a really long time.

Yes, seems like it. Still cannot resolve the issue here and I have to give up packaging my file.

I just think it's crazy that the problem has been around so long and Adobe don't address it!
