Project Manager Transcode ProRes 4444 without alpha channel

I have a colorist do my color work in Resolve.  I use Project Manager to transcode my clips to ProRes4444.  His files come back at 75% of the file size, and I've determined that his ProRes4444 files don't have the alpha channel, but mine do.

I tried exporting the same Sequence with "Preserve Alpha" checked, and then unchecked, and both options exported files with a useless alpha channel, 25% larger than necessary.

Is there a way to to use Project Manager to export intraframe in 444 color space?  Cineform YUV 10-bit doesn't cut it (It’s 4:2:2.).
