Creating proxy failed. How to fix this?

Hi MahaB82A,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please share the log files created by Media Encoder. It would help us in understanding the cause of the issue. Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's rendering properly?
