Hello my name is Jessica Holgate

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC on iMac, I am trying to import PSD video files that have several frames in them,

but I am coming to a roadblock when a video is not playing at all, it stays on 1 image throughout please help.

I have tried using all the 4 options when importing the file but it is persisting!

And also I am having problems with opening up my CC versions in CS6 version in University. In the University they have only CS6 versions

but I have the most up-to-date version of CC.

You can create animations, rotoscope, etc.in Photoshop using the timeline:

If you save that as a .psd file, and import into PPro as a sequence, PPro sees it as a video sequence:

You can see the animation playback here:

    THats cool.

Must play with that sometime myself.

    Thanx

You can also edit video in the PS timeline as well.  It's extremely limited, but works.

Have you rendered the section of the timeline?

Projects in Premiere Pro are not backwards compatible - meaning  you can generally open projects made on earlier versions in later versions, but you cannot open projected made in later versions on earlier versions.
