[Q] Can we detect if cursor is in numeric input field in CEP plugin for Premiere Pro?

Hi all,

This is similar question from Photoshop group, but particular for Premiere Pro.

Premiere Pro has key assignment arrow up/dow to change numeric input value.

I think it is current Adobe standard UI.

I'd like to change some behavior on CEP plugin code if cursor is in numeric field or not.

Q1: Can we detect in CEP plugin framework (JS and JSX)?

Q2) Can we detect in any way? (including Premiere Pro plugin SDK)
