"An unknown error occurred while opening the project" :o

Can someone save me!

I've been working on this project for weeks.  After working earlier today, I shut down the program, and opened again a few hours later.  When I tried to reopen, I received the above message.  I closed the program, restarted the computer and am still getting the same message.

pls somebody im so desperate

I think you're misunderstanding that eshaf ... Peru Bob is asking if you have an older version of the project that you CAN open instead. For example, an earlier backup copy of the project that you have saved yourself, or a copy of the project that Premiere has saved for you whilst you work (i.e. an Autosave).

If you have a recent backup, or  an "autosaved" copy of your project, then try opening it ... hopefully you will not get the error.  The Autosave folder is, by default, in the same location as the project file itself. Try looking in there.

Once you have opened an older copy of the project then you will have access to the project from that time ... it may not be everything but its better than nothing. A recent autosave might be only a few minutes... or a few hours... older than your current version, depending on how often you have the autosave feature set to save. Once you have an older version open, or even a completely new project, you might then also try using the "Media Browser" panel to open and import the latest sequence from the "problem" project file. I have been in the same situation before, and that worked for me.
