I bought the adobe package recently and when I use premiere I open the "effects" tab. Everything inside it takes a while to appear, it's an empty tab for some time. Does anyone know what kind of problem this is?
Do you have any third-party plug-ins installed? You can try uninstalling or temporarily removing any unsupported ones. If you don't have plug-ins, you might try deleting preferences. Sync Settings, then press Alt/Option when restarting Premiere Pro. That allows you to delete preferences. Sync settings once more. I hope that helps.
