Hello everyone.

Inside Premiere Pro, I noticed Video Player is not Showing, and I am getting this Error. Error 62. If I Close Premiere Pro, and restart it again the player works fine. Also, my Computer Freezed with a Black screen to 20 Seconds

Thanks.

did you try Studio Driver here:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/240528/

do not rely on automatic driver updates

Dear Carlos.

I just checked my Nvidia Studio app, and I noticed a new version 572.16 released Thursday Jan 30th-2025. I Installed It, through my Nvidia Ap.

and I will let you know If I run into the same Issue.

Thank you very much.

Hi animationlife!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with Premiere Pro. Is there an update available for your GPU driver? In addition to this, could you try resetting preferences and deleting cache files

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

KR

Dear Kartika.

I did delete the Cache, and I did reset the preferences. Also, my GPU Driver, Is updated,  So far I have not seen any Crash yet. But Premiere Audition Dynamic or Round-Trip still has an Issue. I uninstalled Audition and Reinstalled the Older version, but the Dynamic or Round-Trip did not work with the older version. In other words, both Audition and Premiere must be updated to version 25.

Thanks

Hi @animationlife

Sounds like your GPU is being overloaded. You may need to switch your Renderer to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". This can be done under File>Project Settings>General. This will be slower than using GPU acceleration but may be necessary if your GPU does not have the resources your project demands.

Another option is to render and replace clips in your timeline that contain resource intensive effects. Right click on a clip, choose Render and Replace, set the Source to "Sequence," and enable "Include Video Effects." Or you can simply disable all video effects until later on by clicking the wrench in the Program Monitor and select "Global FX mute". Or, to quickly turn effects on and off, add the "fx" button to your playback controls by clicking the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the Program Monitor, and dragging the fx button into the playback controls container.

Dear AidanEdits.

First of all, Thank you very much for your answer. I appreciate It very much. I just changed the settings to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only I am going to see if this works, otherwise, I shall continue with your other recommendations. I have been practicing Premiere Pro and Audition Dynamic Link, also called: Roud-Trip. I am only using a very small file, like a minute Video without any effects, only with a few Sound Clips. Since I have been practicing Premiere-Audition Round-Trip, my Computer has Frozen many times, and if Premiere Beta is installed, files open In Premiere Beta instead of Premiere Pro.

I have a fairly strong computer:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.60 GHz

64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super.

I have already asked in the Discussion below:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/audition-discussions/premiere-pro-and-audition-dynamic-link-opens-in-premiere-beta/m-p/15099455#M41153

Once again Thank you very much.
