"error parsing properties list from memory"

Issue - When starting premeire pro a image comes up saying "Error parsing properties list from memory." no splash screen or anything
Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 23.4
Operating system - Windows 11 Home Insider Preview

System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
CPU: Intel core i3-10105f
------------------------
GPU and Driver Version: RTX 2060 SUPER Driver version 535.98
------------------------
RAM: 16gb
------------------------
Hard Drive
3 500gb WD Blue hard drives
1. 32.6 GB free of 465 GB
2. 344 GB free of 465 GB
3. 262 GB free of 465 GB
------------------------
Video format: cant access the files anymore
Workflow details:
Steps to reproduce - Deleted the XML Files and all document files
Expected result - Fixing the problem
Actual result - Didnt fix it at all

Hi @William30287627bubs,

Try deleting media cache. Press Shift on launching the application. In the Reset Options dialog box, check the box next to "Delete Media Cache." Then, click OK. Does that work for you? Let me know.

Are you starting Premiere with a regular icon, or double-clicking a project file? If the later, try opening PP direct, ie: not with a project. Did you try creating a new project? If so, IMPORT the problem project in, see if you can do that.

 

Also, you can delete your cache and set your preferences back to default. Hold down the shift key when you start PP.

premeire pro doesnt start and if i check documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\23.4\"my user" all i see is a win folder
