"Static" horizontal stripes, how to remove these in post?

I helped shoot a music video and for one particular song I ended up with stripes. Other songs were OK with my camera settings (refer below), but obviosuly a slightly different lighting program was used to cause these stripes for this particular song. These lines appear static, not scrolling/rolling, nor do they flicker, but I do suspect it was a shutter issue which I didn't adjust at the time. Any post editing removal advice? I've tried all the rolling shutter FlickerFree options as well as Neat video, but they don't remove these.

Footage details:

Panasonic GH5s set to PAL 50 Hz, 180 degree shutter, 25 fps, UHD footage. Video Codec Type: AVCHD H.264 10 bit 4:2:2. Lighting LED's (New Zealand, 50HZ).
