RAM/memory problems suddenly

Is it just me or has anyone else also experienced getting this error a lot in the past few days? I've never had this issue. Also, a lot of my video files won't load correctly, causing not only Premiere to crash but also my computer sometimes. Super annoying. I have 32gb of Ram so that shouldn't be a problem.

I recently started having the same problem on Premiere Pro v.25.1 on my Macbook Air M1 (2020). It used to work just fine.
