Random buzzing and poping sounds on playback and export, but not on the original audio file

The audios on my playback and export have some random buzzing sounds on some audios, but on the original file there is no buzzing sound. Sometimes clicking on the audio file in premiere pro and going into "Reveal in explorer" and listening the audio on my PC, then playing again in premiere pro removes the buzzing sounds, but after a while sometimes it starts buzzing again.

I record the audios in mono on OBS.

Premiere sequence settings: 60 fps | sample rate: 48k Hz | preview QuickTime Apple ProRes 422 LT
