I UPDATED MY SOFTWARE TO PR 2022 AND AE 2022. whenever i play any video on premiere or aftereffects there are random glitches/glitch blocks that come. i mean to say it looks as if the videos is heavy and the refresh rate is not able to process it. I dont know how to explain but ill put up a screenshot for the same. Im using an amazing computer- ryzen 5900xt ,128gb ram, 3080rtx gpu, i work on nvme's. I tried reinstalling the entire ADOBE CC software, reinstalled GPU drivers yet the problem is persistent. I tried using the same files on my older cpu the same problem occurs. THESE FILES are normal files from an a7iii camera and iphone which never used to give me such an issue in the past. I also tried using different monitors but the same issue is experienced.

I was about to post the same question. Look to my video (forehead of a boy for example).
Even if I play with motion settings - I have this glitch problem.

I have new Dell 7560, i7, 32Gb RAM and Nvidia RTX a2000. I have this problem in old Premiere versions as well. Pre-render or proxies don't effect this glitch.
This effect only dissapeaed when I deleted RTX a2000 drivers with special software. It was kind of basic Microsoft driver instead. Playback became slower but this especial glitch dissapeared. But the whole perfomance became much worse, so this doesn't work.

so you mean to say that when you removed the drivers it worked well? But it also does worsen the performance right. anyway could you please share the name of the software, i would wanna try it out and check. Thanks. And i hope someone comes up with more solutions.

It's called DDU - Display Driver Uninstaller. And I had to switch off internet connection, otherwise Windows installs drivers back immediately,
