This issue is not present in the source footage and was fine upon export.

Here are my project & sequence settings + media preferences.

Please post complete comp specs. and driver for graphics card.

Are your clips hdv?

Post screenshot of clip in MediaInfo in treeview.

Try Premiere Beta, see if that will make a difference.

Hi there!

Sorry to see that. Which device is used to record footage? Also, have you tried "Software Only"? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-prem...

Thanks,

Kartika

Is the footage you're using shot anamorphic?

If not (it's HD, or 1920x1080), you may want to choose a different Editing Mode.

In order for the Editing Mode to match the footage, the easiest step is to drop one of the clips onto the new sequence icon.

Hope this helps.

Hi. That media was recorded with a variable frame rate?

I had the same issue. Check the post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/glitches-on-the-exported-video/m-p/12861596#...

LATEST

Hi @Hybrid Visuals ,

Sorry for this problem. We have done some export improvements in the latest beta builds. We expect exports to come out without glitches now. You can download the latest Premiere Pro Beta build from Creative Cloud --> Beta apps --> Premiere Pro (Beta).

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/creative-cloud-public-beta.html

Please try and let us know how it goes in the beta build. If you still see this issue in beta builds, please share your original footage. We will check it at our end and take quick action.

Thanks,
Mayjain
