it didn't work for me,

i do not think you can keyframe any movement on adjustment layers.

Yossi, with all due respect, I do not think you're doing a very good job listening. The instructions are pretty clear, make an ajustment layer, add the transform effect to it, and change whatever key frames you want. This is in Premiere Pro and it works! This is a resolved issue!

Here are the steps with pictures. This works with many different effects as well! I'm using it to zoom smoothly over many different videos.

 

1. Make a new adjustment layer

  a. Right click in your project tab

  b. New item -> Adjustment layer...

2. Place the adjustment layer above the pictures/video in the timeline

3. Add an effect called "Transform" to the adjustment layer

4. Apply the key framing to the adjustment layer

effects.JPG

5. Result:
