Re: PE 2022: Support for Nvidia Quadro T500

Hi,

I’m experiencing a similar issue with Adobe Premiere Pro regarding graphics driver compatibility. When I launch the application, I receive the following warning message:

[Video] Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics v.31.0.101.5333
[Video] NVIDIA T500 v.31.0.15.1789

ISSUES:

Your video driver does not meet the system requirements for this Adobe application.
URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/es/premiere-pro/kb/drivers-video-win-nvidia.html
Issue ID: jira:DVAAP-1507-CUDA11_8

I’ve checked and confirmed that both drivers are up to date based on the latest versions available from the official Intel and NVIDIA websites. However, Adobe Premiere Pro still flags them as incompatible or insufficient for its rendering engine, likely related to CUDA 11.8 support.

System Details:

Integrated GPU: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics - v.31.0.101.5333

Dedicated GPU: NVIDIA T500 - v.31.0.15.1789

Operating System: [Insert your OS version here, e.g., Windows 11 Pro 64-bit]

Adobe Premiere Pro version: [Insert the exact version, e.g., 24.1.0]

I would appreciate your guidance on the following:

Which specific driver versions are fully compatible with CUDA 11.8 and my version of Premiere Pro?

Is there any way to bypass this warning and ensure optimal performance with my current hardware setup?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards

Hello @celita_4255,

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for the message. How much VRAM is on the dedicated GPU? Please ensure you have done a clean installation of the studio driver. I hope we can help you solve this.

Thanks.
Kevin

Hi,

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t realize this was the Premiere Elements forum — I’m actually using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 and I’m encountering a GPU driver compatibility issue that relates specifically to CUDA 11.8 support.

Here are the specs of my system:

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

Integrated GPU: Intel(R) Iris Xe Graphics (v.31.0.101.5333)

Dedicated GPU: NVIDIA T500 (v.31.0.15.1789)

Despite having updated drivers directly from both Intel and NVIDIA websites, Premiere Pro continues to display a warning related to CUDA compatibility and video driver support:

Your video driver does not meet the system requirements for this Adobe application.
Issue ID: jira:DVAAP-1507-CUDA11_8
https://helpx.adobe.com/es/premiere-pro/kb/drivers-video-win-nvidia.html

My goal is to ensure full compatibility and optimal performance with Premiere Pro using my current NVIDIA GPU setup. I'm also seeking support from NVIDIA to determine the correct Studio Driver version that will resolve this compatibility warning with Adobe’s CUDA rendering engine.

I would really appreciate if this post could be moved to the Premiere Pro forum, or if you could let me know the best way to get NVIDIA-specific support on this.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Celita
