Currently having this exact issue with a project and it's driving me nuts. No AE comps involved. Did you ever find a solution?

Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. Does it happen with a specific project? Which version of Premiere Pro are you using? Can you share a screen recording of the issue?

Let us know.

Thanks,

KR

I'm having a little problem figuring out you mean. You created a new thread. Can you give a more detailed description of what 'stuck to cursor' means.

Would you describe this as if you are stuck in a click-and-drag?  So, even though you have released the mouse the playhead tracks left to right as if you were still holding the mouse button down?

I had this happen a few weeks ago with a wired mouse.  I had to force quit Premiere Pro.  I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse first, but that didn't help.  I had also just saved before it happened, so fortunately I didn't need to continue from the most recent auto-save project.

I'm not sure what caused it and it hasn't happened again.
