I was using Permiere pro 2025, I have used it for about a dozen projects, one of wich i had an issue with it not using my GPU. After clearing Media Cashe it was solved. The current project I have that is not working and neither media encoder or Premiere are using my GPU 3080-Ti. I have installed the updated drivers and cleared Cashe, all settings are greyed out and to use CUDA GPU graphics enabeling. I have never liked adobe products they never run well.

You are mis-understanding the way they completely reversed that display option in the 25.x builds.
IT IS USING THE GPU.
That section is grayed out because they don't allow you to disable the GPU while the app is running.
Because they only way to get to the old "software only" option that doesn't use the GPU, is on launch.
IF you hold down Shift while launching the app, you can select from several options like clearing cache files and ... disabling GPU use in Premiere.
But as soon as you close and launch again, it will use the GPU.

No I'm watching my GPU work load in task manager. It will use the GPU while editing but not for exporting. I have been making the same types of videos and they useally take 2-3 min to render and export. There is some issue with Adobe Permiere as I find typical with Adobe products. You misunderstood my remark as a statement saying the GPU wasn't enabled, My remark was that the GPU is enabled and yet it wasn't being utilized.

Premiere uses the GPU for specific things, not as a general integral thing with the CPU. So depending on what is going on, the GPU may be used heavily or nearly not at all.
For instance, in Warp stabilizer, the GPU is not used much during the first part, the analyzing. But in the application of the effect to image pixels as the second step, the GPU can be used very heavily.
For long-GOP encoding, what role the GPU plays can vary dramatically depending on whether your CPU has an integral iGPU specifically designed for long-GOP or not, compared to the long-GOP capabilities your specific GPU has.
So before one can 'know' that it's a problem specifically, one needs to know exactly what is getting processed at that point in time, as that will determine which asset is used for the task.

The GPU used to be fully utilized for video export rendering, now it is not. I'm well versed in the rudimentary tasks of software operation even coding my own AI for imag generation. I apprieciate your willingness to explain but your explaination has not provided any useful trouble shooting. If you have ideas on how to recitfy the issue I'm all ears. Steps I've taken so far, clear media cashe completly , Update drivers. I have a 3080TI GPU i9-10850k CPU and 64Gb of ram.

There are only JPG, some txt, an MP4, and wav files. The video is 14 min long and one of the encoding sequences is estimated at 5H32M.

There can be issues with the occasional gif, jpg, or png file, depending on how that file was created and the options used for creating it. Hard to tell in advance. Sometimes taking them into Photoshop, and simply re-saving as the same thing or similar will get a file Pr will work with ok.
