Re: Premiere Pro 'Get Graphics' frozen

Hi, using Adobe Premiere Pro version 25.0.0 (build 61).

Same issue as previous poster; stuck on Get Graphics, estimated time varies between 6 hours and 2 days, with no progress. MOGRTs do not load, although when I drag them into Premiere it returns "you already uploaded this mogrt. Do you want to overwrite?" Even if I click "Yes" it doesn't show up.

Any help would be appreciated... I've already reset my preferences, restarted computer, uninstalled/reinstalled Premiere, no luck.
