Red Flag Error when creating my timeline

I really need some help. When I start to import and add clips to my timeline, I get this repeated error due to the varying resolutions and frame rate of my clips. How do I fix this the software is not usable when this happens and I really want to continue to learn Premiere Pro but I can not seem to find an answer to fix it or find the steps to resolve it. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
