RED RAW Source Settings not updating?

I feel this is a V25 issue, as I don't remember it happening before, but I'm pulling my hair out trying to work this one out.

Komodo R3D files, so typically I change the source settings IPP2 to Legacy, and then adjust accordingly. Now however, nothing updates visually whenever I make a change regardless of which Image Pipeline I'm  in. And the kicker, it's not across the board, some files do update, some don't. But I don't see any differences between said files. 

What am I missing? 

On a side note, sometimes the files will have this odd purple/blue full grain pattern when playing back, one quick fix is to just flip between the playback resolution. This is certainly a V25 issue, at least in my experience. Prior to V25 Premiere handled R3D files perfectly fine, now not so much.

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Just to be sure, does changing any parameter under RED Source Settings not update the preview, or does any change made outside of RED Source Settings also not update the preview? Could you also please share a screenshot showing the grain artifacts you are getting during playback? We're here to help, just need more info.

I will try send a screenshot when I see it happen again, it's random so can't replicate the situaiton. To answer your questions, changing any parameter won't affect the preview if adjusting the source settings, however anything in the Effects Control panel does work i.e. Lumetri, Motion settngs. So I figured out the first issue, and it was pretty dumb on my end, I had proxies attached! However the grain/false color style issue still persists, though manageable. Attached screenshot
