Reduce interlace flicker tool missing

Reduce interlace tool is missing from the effects tab. 

Very frustrating as i was using the tool yesterday, and today its missing. Help!

Welcome to the community! Are you looking for the Anti-flicker Filter in Premiere Pro? If so, you can find that under Effect Controls tab > Motion effect. Hope it helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Reduce interlace flicker and anti-flicker filter are two different filters. I'm after the reduce interlace flicker.

Were you on Windows but now on macOS? I don't think it's part of the macOS installation. Sorry.

It's available on my Mac.

Make sure none of these filters are enabled, they will limit search results in the Effects panel:

Make sure the filters in the Effects panel are unchecked. See Paul's post.
