Remove open mic noise/audio from piano music.

I have video clips of someone playing piano before church and it was recorded with open mics so there is crowd noise.  Is there a way to isolate/remove in Premier Pro?  I have looked at the essentia sound panel but that seems geared to cleaning up voice audio, which is what I want to get rid of... I am new to Premier so links to tutorials would be appreciated.
