How do you remove video caption overlay containing video DiffTime, Shutter speed ect? Help please? Image below

I can't tell from your image if those are part of your subtitles or they are an overlay.

IF they aren't part of your subtitles, then they're probably an overlay in the Program monitor. So right-click in the Program monitor, go to the Overlay options, and uncheck whatever is 'on'.
