Render localized versions of the same video, graphics & text (with placeholders?)

Hi Community,

is there a way or a 3rd party tool to help with localization of a video?

We create 11 versions of one video in 11 languages. It's not about captions, in our clips graphics and some text need to be localized. Is there a way to work with with placeholders that pull graphics from folders or an URL? How do others localize their videos, what is the most common workflow?
