RenderFrameRequest.cpp-205 error

I started encountering this error message :

'RenderFrameRequest.cpp-205'

Since I installed Premiere Pro CC 2018 with older versions

of Premiere installed on my system. Please no one tells me new versions conflict with older

ones because I have been working on 3 different versions from CC to CC 2017.4 without any

problems, and I use several versions for different purposes.

The error exists on both my windows pc with Windows 7 installed and my Macbook Pro touchbar

with Sierra .5. I updated the VGA to latest ... deleted the media cache files manually from the hidden

App Data and equivalent on Mac... no results...

The error pops up when working on color matte layers in the effect controls and keyframing

position and scale. I am creating some simple lower thirds (please no one tells me go create

them on after effects because I know that I can make them there already)

I also trashed the Premiere Pro Preferences

The same project on 2018 is not creating any single error message
