Replace Footage doesn't remember previous file location

Hi @Joltter - Can you confirm that if you import a clip from the folder  /Desktop/MyProject01/Footage/ and then select replace footage on a different file that it will open the dialog box to  /Desktop/MyProject01/Footage/ 

Replace footage will remember the last place you imported a clip from.

That is precisely the issue here: the 2nd time I Replace Footage it does not go back to the previous location where I imported a clip from. I've only had this weird bug the last couple of weeks - before that I've never had issues with it.

Hi @jamieclarke - shortly, no: that's not what I'm experiencing.

Further bug report info:

Issue: Replace Footage does not remember its previous destination in my Finder. Let's say I want to replace footage located in
/Desktop/MyProject01/Footage/

When I click Replace Footage, it takes me to a random folder where I store other PP project files, such as

/Desktop/MyProject02/PremierePro

The issue is that no matter how often I click Replace Footage, navigate to the correct folder and replace the clip, the next time I click Replace Footage and repeat the process - it doesn't take me to the previous Finder location, but once again

/Desktop/MyProject02/PremierePro

I then have to navigate, once again, to the correct Finder location.

Adobe Premiere Pro version number - V25.1.0 (Build 73)

Operating system - macOS Sequoia 15.1.1, Apple M1 Ultra 2022, Memory 128 GB, 4 TB internal SSD

Video format: I mainly work with Prores 4444XQ from Alexa cameras, but footage ranges from iPhone MOVs to Sony A7s and R3D files

Workflow details: I have mapped a keyboard shortcut to Replace Footage (H). I spend some of my free time archiving older projects, which often involves me renaming the source material (f ex C001.mp4 -> 20140812_C001_SonyA7s.mp4). I then want to Replace Footage to update the PP projects with new correct file names.
