Replace subsequence with its clips

Hello,

I use a subsequence in my main sequence. Like in the sketch below. How can I get the clips from the subsequence B to the sequence A (except by copypasing all of them)

Delete subseq. from timeline then drag the sub-sequence from Project window into timeline but

make sure Insert and overwrite sequences is set for individual clips.
