Reverting to Older versions of premiere

I am unable to revert back to version 15 (2021) of Premiere after accidentally checking 'remove old versions' during update, but I need that version to work with a plug in to work with Avid media composer. I could only see going back to 2022 versions on the app.  Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Has anyone been able to download previous versions of Adobe Premiere from Pro Design Tools?
