Scaling and position effects transferred to different sized images

Hi, 

Assistant Editor question for Premiere Pro 23:

How do I copy the scaling and positional moves the editor used on the temp low resolution stills to the new high resolution stills for sending an XML to color grading? I swapped the images in the timeline, selected set to frame size and pasted the previous scaling attributes. It still isn't right. Sometimes it's almost right but the larger the new image compared to the offline temp, the worse is looks.
