Screen refresh

I get this issue randomly, its never consistant and I can't seem to fix it this time around.

 

Sometimes when I am working on a project in Premier Pro and I go to my 2nd screen to do whatever I need to do and then I go back to my main screen and click on Premier Pro I get a black screen, almost like when a game changes resoultion or can't match the refresh rate of the monitor.  Fully black.

 

Any idea what is causing this?

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
