That seems to point towards an issue with the graphics card.
Try updating to the latest version of the firmware for the GPU, via the vendor's website.
Alternatively, it could be the result of working with variable framerate footage. This is mostly true if the footage was shot on a mobile phone. Please use handbrake (www.handbrake.fr) to transcode the footage to a fixed framerate first.
