Sequence Window All Buggy - Playhead Frozen & More

Upon opening a recent file, my sequence window was all screwy.

I could scrub through footage at the top of the timeline but my playhead wouldn't move.

I'd try to select a clip which wouldn't highlight but by all indications otherwise was actually selected.

My actions were working but the interface in the window is completely off.

I tried resetting my workspace, purging cache files, restarting premiere, restarting my machine, updating video drivers...

Was does work for some reason is undocking the sequence window. All functions return to normal.

If I reset the workspace and it goes back to the default docked position, it won't function properly again.

If I place it back manually, it seems to work fine again.

Premiere Pro CC Version 12.1.1 (Build 10)

i7, 32GB Ram, over 200GB free on the drive

Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
