Sharpness filter Premiere 2019

When I was using Premiere CC 2018 there was a filter that I used a lot and that was very good: sharpness. Now I update with the 2019 version but I can not find this filter anymore. Does anyone know if they took it off and why?

Are you referring to Sharpen effect Under Effects>Video Effects>Blur and Sharpen?

There is no effects with the name Sharpness.

No, I'm referring to Video Effects>Blur and Sharpen> Sharpen.

I can use Unsharp Mask, but Sharpen for me is best.

Sorry guys. I'm Italian and I use Premiere in Italian. The problem is that now, with the new version, they have changed their name to some filters. What previously, in Italian, was called NITIDEZZA *SHARP) is now called CONTRASTO (CPNTRAST)
