Shutter Angle in Transform effect

Anyone got this problem?
I only got this after updating. So in the shutter angle in the transform effects, whenever I change it, somehow the footage will be wide.

If its just this one clip: remove from project, rename and import.

No. Every footage, png and nested sequences will go wide if I change the shutter angle from 0

Make new project and import this one. See how that goes.
