Slow down playback to 1/2x to 1/4x?

Good morning everyone,

I would like to slow down my playhead as I playback through my timeline.

Goal = have enough time to cut clip where I need to. play at 1x is too fast.

hitting 'L' get 1x, 2x, 4x -

I don't know if that's possible.  I've found the most efficient way for cutting multicam is to go through once in real time, making the cuts as best you can.  Don't stop to fix errors or make changes.

After the real time pass, go through again with the Rolling Edit tool and tweak the cuts.

Might work for you as well.

Use the keystroke Shift + L for shuttle slow right.

Also, if you press and hold KL you go forward very slow, same with JK together for very slow reverse.
