Well this is annoying. Seems that in certain timebases, such as 10FPS (which is the default for a MacBook camera movie, all i really need for some projects), I can't display the video display format (or the audio display format) in the timeline as ss:ff (or hh:mm:ss:ff) ... it only shows me "Frames". One can change this normally in the sequence settings or by right clicking the timecode display. But it doesn't give me the options when I set it to 10FPS.
Can anyone tell me why I'm wrong, confirm that this is a bug, or otherwise explain why at all this should be the case? See screenvid. There is some setup but the demonstration happens roughly at 0:35 ... that a change to 10FPS in sequence settings removes these options. (a stranger thing is that sometimes before going into sequence settings, it may display as hh:mm:ss:ff, which may come from starting a sequence from a template... but once an "official" settings change is made and set to a 10FPS timebase, I can't get the options back.)
Thank you.
