I just installed Premiere Pro. When I upload my video file and drag it to the source, the screen stays gray (not even black screen), but the sound works and i can press play. (NVIDEA RTX4060). What am i doing wrong?

Adobe recommends using the Studio version driver for your gpu, please make sure you have the latest driver.

Hi @robbe_5806 - If you navigate the menu bar and select Window > workspaces > and change the workspace do you get an image?
Can you try downloading the latest NVIDIA driver? As of now, the most recent version is 572.16.
